5. Course Enrollment and Payment

5.1 Enrollment

• Course enrollment is subject to availability
• We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion

5.2 Payment Terms

• Fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless otherwise agreed
• Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Student Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus £50 administrative fee
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• No refunds for courses already commenced

6.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be provided or alternative arrangements offered.

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend classes punctually and regularly
• Respect other students and staff
• Complete assignments and participate actively
• Follow all safety and conduct guidelines
• Notify us of any changes to your contact information
• Respect intellectual property rights

8. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful learning environment. The following behaviours are prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language
• Disruption of classes or learning environment
• Academic dishonesty or plagiarism
• Unauthorised recording or sharing of lessons
• Any illegal activities on our premises or platforms

Violation of this code may result in suspension or termination without refund.
